A full consultation with Amanda will involve a comprehensive look at what is and isn’t working for you. This will involve recommendations for remedies and support in developing healthy habits and daily choices for wellness.
Rather than losing yourself in general information, in a consultation the focus is on you. The aim is to identify your drivers of un-wellness. From there we make a plan and match what needs to be addressed for you with the right support - which can be supplements, dietary changes or lifestyle habits that need decreasing or increasing.
A full consultation takes an hour and is done via video call after you have completed a comprehensive questionnaire. Follow up consultations take 40 minutes.
Costs are $150 for initial consultation and follow up consultations will be $95.
Or you can book and pay for and initial consultation and 2 follow ups for $300.
